AI Visibility Setup for Shopify, Monthly AI Visibility Management for Shopify and WordPress

You have the audit. Here is who fixes it.

Visibility Mesh reads your website the way AI crawlers and search engines read it and picks the few problems that matter. The scan and its fix plan work on any website. On Shopify and WordPress we can also make the changes ourselves and manage the work month to month. Your own developer applies the fix plan, in the order we give, on Webflow, custom built sites and every other platform. Either way, we scan again at the same depth so you can see what changed.

I have scored 945 real websites with our own scanner, 747 of them in the live benchmark behind every score we publish, and the same problem keeps coming back. The schema is there, but it is disconnected. A Product block sits here and an Organization block there, and nothing points at anything else. An answer engine that finds a pile of unlinked facts has very little to follow.

Our study of 216 Shopify storefronts, published June 28, 2026, found the same pattern: 72 percent failed Entity Integrity, which means they scored under half the points in that category. I build the connections. Then I scan your store again and show you the number before and the number after.

I am Margareta Petrovic. My career was in cybersecurity at Accenture, Wipro and TCS, I am CISA and CISSP certified, and I am Chief AI Officer at DigitalXForce. I have run the kind of assessments that tell you what is broken, and I also run my own Shopify store. A report helps only when someone makes the changes, and making them is what this page sells.

Who does the work, platform by platform

Who makes the changes depends on what your website runs on. The scan and the fix plan are the same on every platform, and hands on work is offered on Shopify and WordPress. The platform support page has the detail for each platform.

Your website Who makes the changes How to start
A Shopify store on a standard theme, in English I build it for you in an AI Visibility Setup, or we make the changes through Monthly AI Visibility Management. The Shopify app can also apply each fix you approve, on its Growth plan. Ask for a quote, or install the app.
A bigger Shopify store, several markets, or a custom or headless Shopify build I scan the store first and quote the work from what is there. Ask for a quote.
A WordPress site, WooCommerce stores included We make the changes ourselves and manage the work through Monthly AI Visibility Management. Ask for a quote.
Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Magento, a custom built site or any other platform Your own developer applies our ordered fix plan, and a rescan shows what changed. Get the implementation plan.

If you are not sure which row fits your website, tell us in your own words what is not working, and a person replies within one business day.

Monthly AI Visibility Management, on Shopify and WordPress

With Monthly AI Visibility Management, we make the changes on your website ourselves and keep managing the work. It starts from the same scan and the same ordered fix plan every customer gets, and we do the implementation. Monthly AI Visibility Management is for Shopify and WordPress only, WooCommerce stores included, and the price comes in a quote from your real website.

A managed month includes a rescan at the same depth and a performance report that I approve before it is sent. We also track AI mentions on the questions we agree with you, review new backlinks and mentions, and add new searches and questions to the list we work from.

Ask for a quote for Monthly AI Visibility Management. On any other platform, the implementation plan gives your developer every fix in order.

On Shopify, I build it for you

An AI Visibility Setup makes your whole store readable to AI search. In practice that means one connected layer of structured data across the store. Your organization, products, collections, policies and articles link to each other, so an answer engine can move between them and see one business. Any app can add a Product block. The connections are the hard part.

The setup is for Shopify stores in English. I work in a duplicated theme, you approve every change before it goes live, and I scan the store before and after. Every value comes off your store. I do not add a rating, a price or a review count your store does not show, and I mark up nothing a shopper cannot see on the page.

How a Shopify build works, from your first message

There are six steps. You see the price in your quote before you pay anything, and there is no call until I have read your store and have something useful to tell you.

You ask for a quoteYou, 2 minutes

You send your email and your store address with the quote form below. I scan your store before I reply. My reply comes by email within one business day, with your current score, which build fits and the price.

I run the full scanMe

Once you accept the quote, a full scan reads your live pages, your structured data, your robots.txt and llms.txt files, and scores all five categories. Nothing waits on you.

You send your catalog and themeYou, 10 minutes

I email you a secure upload link for your Matrixify product export and your theme export. That way I read every product instead of a sample, and I can name the exact template file to change. The step is optional, and the work continues either way.

I review what is there, then we talkMe, then 45 minutes together

I go through the scan and your files before the call, so the call is not a questionnaire. When the call starts, the plan is already in order: what is broken, what I fix first and what I leave alone on purpose.

I build it in a copy of your themeMe, about a week

You give me collaborator access. I work in a duplicated theme, never your live one, and nothing goes live until you approve it. I link your entities, write product and collection structure into your templates, make policies and FAQ readable and rewrite product copy from each product's own facts. I read every rewrite before it goes anywhere near your store.

I scan again and hand it overMe, then a short handover

I use the same engine and read the same number of pages, so you can compare the two numbers directly. You get the score before and after, what resolved, what is new, and a handover so your team knows what changed and why. After that the work is yours.

The onboarding call is usually within a few days. The build is about a week of work once I have access. I take a small number of builds at a time. If the month is full, I will tell you the next date rather than start late and rush it.

Foundation or Complete

Both are for Shopify stores in English. The narrow scope is what makes the fixes precise: I can read your theme and your catalog properly and name the exact file to change. Both end the same way, with a scan at the same depth and your two numbers. I quote each build from your store, and the quote names the price before any work starts.

Foundation

This is for a focused store with up to about 100 products on a standard theme.

By quote
The quote comes from your real store.
  • I link your organization, website and brand entities to each other.
  • I write product and collection structure across your templates.
  • I make your policies and FAQ machine readable.
  • I rewrite titles and descriptions for up to 100 products.
  • I scan again and show your score before and after.

Complete

This is for a working catalog, where search and AI already matter to your revenue.

By quote
The quote comes from your real store.
  • Everything in Foundation is included.
  • Structured data covers your whole store, however many products you have.
  • I rewrite titles and descriptions for your top 300 products, and I read every one before it goes near your store.
  • Collections and the blog join the same structure.
  • Fixes go into the exact template files.
  • I scan again and show your score before and after.

Bigger than that

This is for more products, several markets, a custom or headless Shopify build, or more than one store.

By quote
The quote comes from your real store.
  • I scan your store first and quote from what is there.
  • Very large catalogs are delivered in stages.

What I need from you for a Shopify build

You give me two things in the quote form and up to three once the build starts. I never ask for anything I can fetch myself.

In the quote form, you give your email and your store address.

The address lets me scan your store before I reply, and everything is sent to the email.

Once the build starts, you send your Matrixify product export.

That way I read every product and its metafields, not a sample. I send you a secure upload link when the build starts.

You give me your theme export or collaborator access.

Access lets me build it for you. With an export alone, I hand the work to your developer instead. Either works, but the choice changes the timeline.

You give written permission to edit, and you keep the store free of a password.

I work in a duplicated theme, and nothing publishes without your approval. A password protected store cannot be read or scored, by me or by any AI assistant.

Everything public I fetch myself: your robots.txt, your llms.txt, your sitemap and the structured data already on your pages. I will never ask you to send me something I can already read.

What this does not include

The build does not include link buying, outreach or press work. It covers Shopify stores in English and nothing else, and Monthly AI Visibility Management covers Shopify and WordPress. I do not promise rankings, a mention in ChatGPT or sales. I measure what machines can read, and I show you what moved. After the handover, the Shopify app on its Growth plan lets you scan again and apply approved fixes yourself.

What you can check before you buy

We scan our own website with the same engine every month and publish our own score. That lets you see the engine at work on a real site before you trust it with yours. You can also run a free scan on your store today and see the same kind of findings I start from.

Questions people ask before buying

Can Visibility Mesh work alongside our existing SEO agency or developer?

Yes, and nobody has to be replaced. Visibility Mesh scans any public website and writes the fix plan as tasks your developer or agency can work from. A rescan at the same depth shows whether each change took effect. On Shopify and WordPress we can also make the changes ourselves as part of Managed AI Visibility. On every other platform your provider applies the fix plan. Either way, you and your provider work from the same evidence.

Who can implement AEO or GEO changes on my website?

Whoever already has edit access to your website can implement most of them, as long as they get a clear specification. That can be your developer, your agency or a specialist. The work is mostly technical fixes, clearer pages, structured data and consistent company facts. The hard part is knowing which changes matter and checking them afterward. Visibility Mesh makes the changes itself on Shopify and WordPress. On other platforms it gives your developer an ordered fix plan and scans again so you can see whether each change took effect.

Do I need a Shopify developer or an AI visibility service to fix my store?

It depends on what is broken. Theme code, app conflicts and robots.txt changes need someone who edits Shopify themes. Product titles, descriptions and specifications need someone who knows the products, and policies and reviews need the owner. A Shopify developer or agency is the right hire for design and code. Visibility Mesh diagnoses the whole store first, so you can see which problems need which kind of help before you pay anyone. An AI Visibility Setup then builds the fixes in a duplicated theme, for Shopify stores in English.

Who can fix schema and entity problems on my website?

A developer who knows structured data can fix them, or a specialist can write the markup for your developer to add. The job is to describe your organization, products, services and articles with one consistent set of facts. Stable identifiers connect those facts, and every value has to match what the page shows. Themes and plugins often add conflicting blocks, so removing duplicates is part of the job. On Shopify, I build this connected layer in the AI Visibility Setup. On WordPress we can make the changes as part of Managed AI Visibility, and on other sites the fix plan names what to change.

Is there a service that fixes wrong information AI says about my company?

Several vendors and agencies say they check AI answers against a company's facts, but none of them can edit the answers directly. So every such service works by correcting the sources. It finds each page, profile and listing that carries the wrong fact. It corrects what you control, asks third parties to update theirs and checks the answers again over the following weeks. Visibility Mesh checks whether your own pages and structured data state your company facts consistently, on any website. On Shopify and WordPress it can also correct them for you. The guide to correcting AI when it is wrong walks through the steps.

What results can I expect from AI visibility work?

You get a list of every change I made and your score before and after, from the same engine at the same depth. If a change did not move the score, you see that too. Your traffic from search and AI shows up in your own Search Console and analytics, so compare the weeks after the build with the weeks before it. I will not promise a ranking for a named keyword, a percentage of growth, a mention in ChatGPT, or leads or sales. The companies that run search engines and AI assistants decide those, and nobody who sells this work controls them.

What access does someone need to fix my website and measure the results?

A provider usually needs two kinds of access, one to make changes and one to measure them. To change the site, it needs a collaborator or editor account in your content system, or your developer makes the changes from its specification. To measure, it needs read access to Search Console and analytics. You can grant that as a restricted user and remove it at any time. Nothing should go live without your approval. For a Shopify build I ask for collaborator access and work in a copy of your theme. I never ask for your password, and you should refuse anyone who does.

Will changes for AI search put our current Google rankings at risk?

Any change to a live site carries some risk, so changes should be staged, approved and checked. The groundwork for AI search is the same groundwork Google recommends for search: crawler access, clear pages, accurate structured data and consistent company facts. Google says the best practices for SEO remain relevant for its AI features. The real risks are careless ones, such as changed URLs without redirects, removed content that ranked, or markup that contradicts the page. On Shopify I work in a copy of your theme and publish only after your approval.
