Cancellation policy

Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Agency) are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account at account.visibilitymesh.com or by emailing support@visibilitymesh.com.

When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current paid period and does not renew, and you are not charged again. We do not provide partial period refunds for the current month.

One time assessments, such as the Full Assessment and the Catalog Assessment, do not renew and are not subscriptions.
