We run AI visibility work on a large website the way your team runs any controlled change.
Visibility Mesh measures whether machines can find, read, follow, quote and trust a business, and our team implements the approved changes on Shopify and WordPress. When a company runs several domains, several brands or thousands of pages, every step of that work has an owner, an approval point and a report.

- Sites
- Several domains, brands or business lines can sit in one engagement, and each site gets its own baseline.
- Platforms
- Our team implements on Shopify and WordPress. Scans and roadmaps cover a site on any platform.
- Approval
- Nothing goes live until your approver signs off.
- Change record
- Every change is recorded, backed up and reversible.
- Price
- You pay one quoted project price, and there is no retainer.
- Language
- All content work is in English.
A large website needs the same evidence as a small one, and more people have to sign off on each decision.
The scan reads every site against the Five Gates: Find, Read, Follow, Quote and Trust. At scale, the hard part is deciding who approves each change and who needs to see the result.
-
01
Find
Can machines reliably discover the right pages?
-
02
Read
Can they understand what the business, its products and its services are?
-
03
Follow
Can they follow the relationships across the site?
-
04
Quote
Is there specific, attributable information an answer can use?
-
05
Trust
Can the important claims be corroborated?
Domains and brands
- One baseline per site
- We scan and baseline each domain on its own, so you see each brand's results on their own.
- One organization
- The entity work keeps the organization, its brands and its sites consistent with each other.
Research and governance
- Research
- We research the questions buyers ask about each brand and study the pages that compete for those answers.
- Governance
- Your approver signs off each set of changes, and our change log records what changed, when and on which page.
Implementation and reporting
- Implementation
- On Shopify we work in a copy of your theme, never the live one, and approved changes go live in the order the plan sets.
- Measurement
- Each site is rescanned at the same depth and with the same methodology version as its baseline.
- Executive reporting
- Whoever signs off on the budget receives an executive deck, and the operating team receives the detailed audit.
Each side has a defined role before the first change.
AI diagnoses. Our experts validate. You approve. Visibility Mesh implements. Visibility Mesh measures.
Your side
- The executive sponsor owns the budget and receives the executive reporting.
- The approver signs off the plan and each set of changes before anything goes live.
- The site owner or developer gives us access and can review every change in the log.
Our side
- Our research work builds the baseline, the buyer questions and the plan for each site.
- Our experts validate every recommendation against the live site before it reaches you.
- Our implementation work makes the approved changes and records each one.
- Our measurement work compares each rescan with its baseline.
-
Before work starts
The plan
You approve the architecture, content and entity plan after our experts have validated it.
-
Before anything goes live
Each set of changes
Your approver signs off each set of changes before it goes live on any site.
-
After the rescan
The results
You review the comparison with the baseline and approve the next backlog.
| When | What you receive | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Before any change | You receive a full scan and a baseline from your own GA4 and Search Console, for each site. | It goes to the approver and the operating team. |
| After implementation | You receive a rescan at the same depth and methodology version, with the change log and the comparison with the baseline. | It goes to everyone on the project. |
| At sign off | You receive an executive deck that shows what changed and what comes next. | It goes to the executive sponsor. |
| Every week, with management | You receive a short email on what moved. | It goes to the operating team. |
| Every month and quarter, with management | You receive a monthly report and a quarterly review of the plan. | It goes to the sponsor and the approver. |
Monthly AI Visibility Management is an optional add on that you can ask for after the project. It is never required.
A large site does not need 6 months of audit before anything changes.
For a Shopify or WordPress site of about 500 pages, we can research it, diagnose it and redesign its architecture in a 2 week sprint. In the same sprint we make a decision for each page, repair the internal links, plan the schema, find the authority gaps, rewrite the priority pages and put the highest impact changes live. The streams run in parallel, so the sprint fits into 2 weeks.
A larger site, several domains or several brands get a scoped project that can start with the sprint, quoted as one project. Some work, such as authority building and new content, takes longer than 2 weeks, so it continues after the sprint. Scope, access and platform decide what fits inside it, and the quote names the exact deliverables.
See the 10 days of the sprintWhat we control
We control the changes to your sites, the order we make them in and how carefully we check them. When visits rise after a change, we report the rise as associated with the work, and we show paid and organic visits separately.
What nobody controls
Search engines and AI assistants decide what they show. We do not promise rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic or sales, and our fee never depends on an outcome those systems control.
Tell us which websites are in scope.
Send the domains and what you want to change. A person replies within 1 business day, and the quote follows once we have read the sites.
