Refund policy
Visibility Mesh provides digital assessment and reporting services that are delivered electronically and produced specifically for your store.
Because the deliverables are digital and generated on demand, sales are generally final once a scan has run and your report has been delivered.
If we fail to deliver your report, or a charge was made in error, email support@visibilitymesh.com within 14 days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-run your scan or issue a refund.
Subscription cancellations are governed by our Purchase options cancellation policy.
