Managed AI Visibility for Shopify and WordPress

We find out why AI skips your website, and then we fix it.

Managed AI Visibility is the done for you service in which Visibility Mesh finds why AI assistants and search engines skip a website, fixes it, and measures the traffic from AI and organic search that follows. We do the work on Shopify and WordPress websites, WooCommerce stores included.

You do not need to know whether your problem is SEO, AEO, schema, content or authority. We work that out from your website and your own data. Then we make the changes.

I am Margareta Petrovic, founder of Visibility Mesh. My career was in cybersecurity at Accenture, Wipro and TCS. I am CISA, CISSP and ITIL certified, and I review every plan and every report before it reaches you.

Who it is for

Who Managed AI Visibility is for

Managed AI Visibility is for the owners and marketing teams of Shopify stores and WordPress sites who want the changes made for them. It usually starts with one of these.

  • Your organic traffic from Google fell, or it never grew after a redesign.
  • ChatGPT or Perplexity names your competitors when buyers ask about what you sell.
  • An AI assistant describes your business with facts that are old or wrong.
  • You already have an audit, and nobody on your team has the time or the access to act on it.
  • A plugin writes markup on your pages, and you are not sure what it says.

On Webflow, Wix, Squarespace or a custom build, start with the free scan. Your developer makes the changes from our ordered fix plan. We scan again afterward so you can see what changed.

What we solve

The problems behind the symptoms

The cause is rarely the one people guess. Sometimes a crawler is blocked, or it receives a page without the content a visitor sees. Two pages can compete for the same search. The structured data can say something the page does not. A site can also lack the one page that answers what buyers ask. And sometimes no other website confirms what the site says about itself.

We find out which one it is from the scan, your Search Console and your GA4. The plan names the cause in plain words.

Why we read your website before we add anything

An AI visibility plugin applies the same template to every website it is installed on. A template does not check the page it writes into, and it cannot see what your theme already prints. So a site can end up with two Organization entities, one from the theme and one from the plugin. It can also end up with markup that says something the page does not. Crawlers are not known for asking follow up questions.

When we ran our contradiction check on 692 websites in our benchmark on September 27, 2026, at least 138 of them, about one in five, had structured data that said something their own page did not. The clearest case is markup that calls a product in stock on a page that says it is sold out. Others carry a rating the page never shows. Some mark a price of zero on a page that shows a real price. The check cannot say which tool wrote the markup, only where the markup and the page disagree, so we start there.

We read your website first with our own engine. We fix the duplicates and the contradictions, and only then do we add what is missing. Everything we write comes from your own pages and catalog. Our engine does the reading at a scale no person could manage. I decide what changes.

Three layers

Three layers of work, and the diagnosis sets the mix

Every website we take on gets work in up to three layers. The diagnosis decides how much of the work goes into each one.

Technical

The technical layer covers crawler access, rendering, sitemaps, canonicals, internal links, structured data, product feeds and measurement. Foundation and Schema Mesh do most of their work here.

Content and demand

The content layer starts from the questions your buyers ask in Google and in AI assistants. We write or rewrite the pages that should answer them, and we merge pages that compete with each other. We read every page ourselves before it goes live.

External authority

The authority layer works on what other websites say about you. That means listings that fit your business, reviews, partners, research that others can cite, and answers to journalists. We never buy links or sell backlink packages.

How it works

How the work runs, from your first message to the monthly report

There are ten steps. You approve the plan before we change anything, and you see each change before it goes live.

  1. Describe the problem in your own words, or ask for a quote if you already know what you want. Before we reply, we read up to five key pages of your website the way an AI crawler reads them.
  2. We talk, when talking helps
Some problems need a conversation. For those, we suggest an intro call. The call starts from what the scan already showed, so nobody spends it on a questionnaire.
  3. We record your baseline
Before we change anything, we run a full scan. We record your organic and AI visits from your own GA4 and your queries from Search Console. You keep a copy.
  4. We diagnose
We read the scan, your queries, your landing pages and your AI referrals. We also scan two to five of your competitors. Then we list the questions buyers ask that your site does not answer yet.
  5. You approve the plan
The plan lists every change in order and says who makes it and how we check it. Nothing moves until you approve it in writing.
  6. Foundation fixes the technical layer
We fix crawler access and rendering, sitemaps and canonicals, and broken or duplicate markup. The fixes go in at the template level, so one fix covers every page built from that template. Every setup starts here, Schema Mesh included.
  7. Schema Mesh connects your structured data
On a Schema Mesh setup, we then build one connected layer of structured data from your own products, services and pages. It covers your organization, your products or services, your FAQs and machine readable files such as llms.txt.
  8. We check every fix
Our scanner reads the site again. It uses the same depth and the same methodology version as the baseline scan. We also look for anything that broke along the way, such as a page that dropped out of the index.
  9. We measure what follows
If your GA4 does not yet separate visits from AI assistants, we set that up. From then on, the report compares your organic and AI visits with the baseline.
  10. Monthly AI Visibility Management keeps it working
After the setup, the work continues with content, authority, monitoring, a monthly rescan and regular email reports.

The setup takes about two to three weeks of work once we have access. What search engines and AI assistants do afterward runs on their schedule, and the monthly report tracks it. I take a small number of setups at a time, and when the month is full, I tell you the start date.

AI Visibility Setup

AI Visibility Setup has two parts

AI Visibility Setup is the one time implementation. Both parts cover Shopify and WordPress websites. Schema Mesh includes everything in Foundation, so a site that needs both buys Schema Mesh alone. The scan shows which one fits your site, and our reply says why. You will find the current price on each part's own page.

AI Visibility Setup: Foundation

Foundation is the technical fix.

  • We open the site to the crawlers you want, in robots.txt and in any firewall or security plugin that blocks them.
  • We fix sitemaps and canonicals so each page has one preferred address.
  • We check that a crawler receives the same content a visitor sees.
  • We take out broken and duplicate markup at the template level.
  • We scan again at the same depth and show you what changed.

AI Visibility Setup: Schema Mesh

Schema Mesh adds your structured data layer, built from what your business actually sells and says.

  • Everything in Foundation is included.
  • We connect your organization, website and brand into one entity graph.
  • Your products or services get markup written from your own catalog or pages.
  • FAQs come from the questions your customers ask, with markup that matches what the page shows.
  • We also write machine readable files such as llms.txt.
  • The price covers up to about 300 products or 100 pages, and larger sites get a quote.

I named this method Schema Mesh. Every value comes from your own website, and we mark up nothing a visitor cannot see on the page.

Change control

How we change your website

Every change we make is recorded, approved by you before it goes live, backed up, reversible and checked again afterward. I learned this discipline as ITIL change control, and we apply it to every change on your website.

I am CISA and CISSP certified, so I read a change the way an auditor does. For every change we make, our change log records what changed, who approved it, how we tested it and how to undo it.

On Shopify we work in a duplicated theme, never in your live one. On WordPress we work in a staging copy when your host offers one. The plan names the backup we restore from. We ask for an account of our own that you can remove at any time, and we never ask for your password.

After the setup

Monthly AI Visibility Management

Monthly AI Visibility Management continues the work after the setup. Our engine monitors your website the whole time. Each month we also rescan it at the same depth and look for fixes that came undone. You get a short email every week and a report by email every month. The monthly report compares your organic and AI visits with the baseline, and I approve every report before it goes out.

The month also carries the content and authority work from the plan. We track AI mentions on the questions we agree on with you and review new backlinks and mentions. New searches and questions go onto the list we work from. Once a quarter we send you a review of the plan by email.

Our engine flags what changed, and we decide what to do about it. The service asks little of your time, and it still changes nothing without your approval. We quote the monthly work from your website. Ask for a quote for Monthly AI Visibility Management.

Proof

Proof on a store you can look at yourself

In the Google Analytics of Luna Fashion House, a Shopify store, organic search visits grew every month from May to September 2026. AI assistants went from sending no identified visits to sending visits every week.

I am President for the USA of Luna Fashion House, so this is a store I work for. The case study says so. It lists every fix with its date and shows what Google Analytics recorded. It also names what else could have moved the numbers, such as paid campaigns. Read the Luna Fashion House case study.

Our study of 216 Shopify storefronts, published June 28, 2026, found that 72 percent failed Entity Integrity, which means they scored under half the points in that category. Entity Integrity is the category Schema Mesh works on.

Limits

What this service does not do

We do the hands on work on Shopify and WordPress only. On every other platform, your developer applies our fix plan and we scan again.

Search engines and AI assistants decide what they show. So we do not promise a ranking for a named keyword, a percentage of growth, a mention in a named AI answer, or sales. We control what those systems can read on your website, and we measure it before and after.

A rescan shows what changed in what a crawler can read. It cannot show why an assistant chose one answer over another, and our reports do not claim it can.

Authority takes longer than a setup. The setup lays the groundwork, and most of the authority work happens in Monthly AI Visibility Management.

All content work is in English only. Sites with more than about 300 products or 100 pages get a quote. We deliver very large catalogs in stages.

Questions

Questions people ask before they start

What is Managed AI Visibility?

Managed AI Visibility is the done for you service in which Visibility Mesh finds why AI assistants and search engines skip a website, fixes it, and measures the traffic from AI and organic search that follows. It covers Shopify and WordPress websites. The work starts with AI Visibility Setup and continues with Monthly AI Visibility Management.

Do I need to know whether my problem is SEO, AEO, schema, content or authority?

You do not need to know. Describe what you see, for example falling Google traffic or ChatGPT naming a competitor when buyers ask about you. We work out the cause from your website, your Search Console and your GA4. The plan names it in plain words.

What is the difference between Foundation and Schema Mesh?

Foundation is the technical fix. It opens your site to crawlers, fixes sitemaps and canonicals, and removes broken or duplicate markup at the template level. Schema Mesh includes everything in Foundation and adds the structured data layer, built from what your business sells and says. That layer covers the connected entity graph, product or service markup, FAQs and machine readable files. A site that needs both buys Schema Mesh only. You will find the current price on each product page.

Why not install an AI visibility plugin instead?

A plugin applies the same template to every website. A template cannot see what your theme already prints. So a site can end up with two Organization entities, or with markup that contradicts the page. We read your website first and fix the duplicates and the contradictions. After that, we build the markup from your own products, services and pages.

How long does an AI Visibility Setup take?

The setup takes about two to three weeks of work once we have access. A small site with a few critical problems can finish sooner. A large catalog or several markets can take longer. The plan states the length before we start. That length covers our work, and the monthly report tracks what follows.

Will you change my live website without asking?

We change nothing without your approval. Every change is recorded, backed up, reversible and checked again after it goes live. On Shopify we work in a duplicated theme, and on WordPress the plan names the backup we restore from.

What does Monthly AI Visibility Management include?

Our engine monitors your website all month. Each month also includes a rescan at the same depth and a check for fixes that came undone. The month also carries content and authority work from the plan. You get a short email every week, a report by email every month and a review of the plan by email every quarter. The monthly report compares your organic and AI visits with the baseline. We price the monthly work after we have seen your website.

Do you do the work on platforms other than Shopify and WordPress?

We do the hands on work on Shopify and WordPress, WooCommerce stores included. On Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, a custom build or any other platform, the free scan and the ordered fix plan still work. Your developer makes the changes, and we scan again so you can see what changed.
